I am a fan of making my own embellishments. Yes, I love premade stuff, but I find a lot of delight in creating something entirely my own, out of other little things.
Sometimes I make embellishments and set them aside for just the right layout. THis is one of those embellishments. I found some white corrugated cardboard that is relatively thin. I die cut it, and then colored it using some Tattered Angels glimmer Mist. Then, I layered it with a smaller one, some ribbon, pins, pearls, and viola! A pretty little butterfly frame, that I think is pretty if I do say so myself.
I also have a new love, its the Studio Calico Mr Huey mist. The white spray, which is what I used to cover chipboard here, is the holy grail of opaque white mister. LOVE!
Peace,
Jacquie
